On June 22, the inaugural 2026 training course for cultural‑traditional, technical, and managerial leaders officially commenced at the Yinque Mountain Resort Hotel in Chengde, with a total duration of six days. Participants included 34 seasoned and newly appointed key staff members from the Engineering Center, supported throughout by four members of the Center’s administrative office who provided continuous on‑site coordination and logistical support.
