The predecessor of the company, Huafu Glassware, was established in 1954. In 1988, a British electric furnace was introduced, and Huafu Glass Technology&Engineering Company was established in 1998. Huafu GTE has a history of over 70 years in glass production and 30 years of experience in glass electric melting furnaces. In 2022, it was awarded the title of "Little Giant" enterprise for specialization, refinement, and innovation. It is a manufacturer of glass electric melting furnace industry standards and only provides customers with professional glass electric melting furnace technology and solutions. Under the leadership of Chairman Qin Cheng, we have developed to this day with a professional technical research and development team of over 30 people, as well as a professional installation and after-sales service team of over 70 people. We are equipped with four workshops: AZS brick processing, mechanical processing, electrical assembly, and simulation testing, which can meet the needs of glass electric furnaces of different tonnage and types of glass. The company's main products include sodium calcium glass electric melting furnaces, milky white glass electric melting furnaces, high borosilicate glass electric melting furnaces, and supporting equipment.
The company's technology research and development team sets up research topics for new materials and processes every year, and combines GS company's heat distribution and high-temperature liquid flow mathematical simulation to improve theoretical design. At the same time, a small scaled experimental furnace is made in the experimental workshop for production testing. After the theoretical and experimental furnace tests are completed, the plan will be pushed to the market to ensure its completeness and reliability.
