On August 1, 2024, the construction curtain was opened at the Hebei glass electric furnace project site, in the construction process, the steel cutting link uses a plasma cutting machine, the incision weld needs to be polished smoothly and neatly, and the good steel material should be brushed with primer before installation.
The corundum bricks inside are made of the Syrp brand, and their assembly is carried out to ultra-strict standards. The on-site staff always maintained a meticulous attitude during construction. From the delicate assembly of the corundum bricks in the kiln, to the careful masonry of the various bricks on the outside, to the reinforcement of the furnace body and the delicate painting of the paint, every detail is handled meticulously.
After 29 days and nights of hard work on the site, the kiln was successfully ignited on August 29, 2024, and the installation quality presented was highly recognized by the customer! This is the glorious result of the concerted efforts and hard work of all the on-site personnel, who have cast a model of success in this phase with their dedication and sweat.
