A grueling project: tackling the “hard nuts” in one month

On April 27, 2026, the company’s Engineering Center team officially moved into the project site in Dezhou, commencing installation of a 40-ton glass electric melting furnace and associated feeding equipment. Despite extremely challenging construction conditions, after a month of intensive effort, the team completed the steel structure and masonry work on schedule by late May, laying a solid foundation for subsequent electrical equipment installation and ignition‑up commissioning. The project is being carried out on the third floor, presenting significant handling difficulties and high safety risks. As no lifting equipment is available for the tank furnace renovation, all materials must be manually lifted onto pallets, with limited access points, requiring most items to be transported by hand. External resources available on site are severely restricted. Meanwhile, installation heights exceed ten meters, with spans of approximately twelve meters, resulting in frequent high‑altitude operations under tight deadlines—challenges that pose unprecedented demands on site organization and safety management.
