On April 25, 2025, in Guangzhou, the spring city of Yangcheng, our company was composed of Chairman Qin, General Manager Yu, Director of the Technology Center Mr. Tian, Deputy Manager of the Marketing Center Management Manager and other team members, a total of five people, went to the 137th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair), which is known as "China's first exhibition". This trip is of great significance, not only as an important opportunity to expand the market and deepen cooperation, but also a key window to gain insight into industry trends and grasp the pulse of global trade.
The exhibition site was bustling and businessmen gathered. The team started the journey of customer visits non-stop, and had in-depth and fruitful negotiations with partners from all over the world. In our interactions with our partners, we were pleasantly surprised to find that many companies have made breakthroughs in technology research and development, product innovation and business models. Every exchange made us feel the vigorous innovation vitality of the industry, and also provided more possibilities for future cooperation. At the same time, we also systematically understand the current business conditions, development plans, opportunities and challenges faced by each partner, which has laid a solid foundation for subsequent in-depth cooperation.
During this trip to the Canton Fair, we have deeply analyzed the current complex and changeable export environment with keen business insight. In the communication with many exhibitors and buyers, we clearly understand that the continuous impact of the Sino-US trade friction is still fermenting, and the global trade pattern is undergoing profound changes. This change is intuitively reflected in the composition of buyers at this Canton Fair - merchants from countries along the "Belt and Road" occupy a dominant position, and they actively seek high-quality suppliers with a strong willingness to cooperate and clear procurement needs, which has become a highlight of the exhibition. In stark contrast, the number of buyers from the United States and Europe has decreased significantly, and they rarely appear at the exhibition site. This phenomenon not only reflects the shift in the focus of international market demand, but also indicates that international trade cooperation will present new trends and opportunities in the future.
Through this trip to the Canton Fair, we have gained a lot. It not only consolidates the friendly relations with existing partners, but also taps potential cooperation opportunities, and has a comprehensive and profound understanding of the current international market situation. Many years ago, our company established initial contact with a client in India, marking the beginning of our exploration into cross-border collaboration. However, due to the developmental stages and market conditions prevailing at the time, the partnership ultimately came to an unfortunate end, failing to yield the anticipated commercial results.
As the construction pace of engineering projects eased in the first half of the year, the Engineering Center seized opportunities during lulls in work to organize a specialized training program aimed at enhancing the capabilities of its core personnel. On June 22, the inaugural 2026 training course for cultural‑traditional, technical, and managerial leaders officially commenced at the Yinque Mountain Resort Hotel in Chengde, with a total duration of six days. Participants included 34 seasoned and newly appointed key staff members from the Engineering Center, supported throughout by four members of the Center’s administrative office who provided continuous on‑site coordination and logistical support.

Since the onset of summer, temperatures have remained persistently high. To ensure effective employee care during this hot season and enable all on‑duty staff to work with peace of mind and enjoy a comfortable summer, Chengde Huafu Technology Development Co., Ltd. carried out its annual summer heat‑prevention and cooling measures as scheduled on June 30.
