It provides high mechanical and dielectric properties, excellent heat and moisture resistance, and good processability. Used in plastic molds, injection molds, machinery, motors, PCBs, and fixtures. For injection molding, high-temperature material and low-temperature molds are needed. Insulation methods like a heat shield between mold and machine keep molds cool without overheating the machine. This cuts cycle time, raises productivity, saves energy, and enhances product quality.
