Fiberglass fabric electric melting furnace
Fiberglass fabric is a fabric made of glass fibers (see inorganic fibers). With insulation, heat insulation, corrosion resistance, non-combustion, high temperature resistance, high strength and other properties, mainly used as insulation materials, glass fiber reinforced plastic materials, chemical filter cloth, high pressure steam insulation materials, fire products, high elastic transmission belt, building materials and wall covering. The glass is brittle, and the thicker glass fiber is easy to break when weaving, so the fiber diameter generally used for weaving glass cloth is 3.8 to 15.5 microns. Glass fibers can be made into filaments and spun yarns.
Glass wool glass electric melting furnace
Glass wool is made from quartz sand, limestone, dolomite and other natural ores as the main raw materials, with soda ash and borax added as well as other chemicals. These are melted into glass and, while still molten, blown into fine fibres using an external force to form man-made inorganic fibres. Glass wool belongs to the category of glass fibres and is a type of man-made inorganic fibre. Glass wool is a cotton-like material formed from molten glass fibres, and its chemical composition belongs to the glass category. It has good mouldability, low volume density, low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation and sound absorption performance, and is resistant to corrosion and chemically stable. Fiberglass panel electric melting furnace
Fiberglass panel, also called glass fiber insulation board, FR-4 board, or composite board, is made from glass fiber and heat-resistant composites without asbestos. It provides high mechanical and dielectric properties, excellent heat and moisture resistance, and good processability. Used in plastic molds, injection molds, machinery, motors, PCBs, and fixtures. For injection molding, high-temperature material and low-temperature molds are needed. Insulation methods like a heat shield between mold and machine keep molds cool without overheating the machine. This cuts cycle time, raises productivity, saves energy, and enhances product quality. Continuous production ensures stable quality, prevents overheating, electrical failures, and hydraulic leaks.
