The second phase of the "traditional culture learning class" for the 24-year on-site personnel of the engineering center was held in the company as scheduled, and the course lasted for 7 days. A total of 27 people participated in the training, one-third of the participants are new employees, two-thirds are old employees, so according to the characteristics of previous training, this course has been carefully choreographed, and a lot of actual cases of the company and traditional culture training have been added, such as the operation and precautions of hot air baking kiln technology, electrical installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of the feeder, electrode operation and other skills training, electric furnace electrical principle design, raw material understanding and debugging stage work attention, etc. The course explains how many experienced on-site construction personnel, who can understand the drawings and connect with each other according to the actual situation of the site, and the people who listen to it are easier to accept. Traditional culture courses are the first contact for new employees, and they have a certain freshness and influence.
At the same time, every move of all participants in the course from the beginning is listed in various assessments, such as getting up early, CD-ROMs, entering and leaving the classroom on time, making beds, etc., and the two teams are divided into equal points after daily accumulation, regardless of each other. After a review of what they had learned in 7 days, the two teams won the victory and waived the meal fee for the evening dinner.
