Tyron insulators have achieved another great result


The 35-ton glass insulator electric furnace built by our company for Tylen Insulator Co., Ltd. was officially discharged on May 16. On the 3rd day of discharging, the pass rate of tempered line products reached 80% on the 5th day, and the pass rate of tempered line products reached 90% on the 6th day. It broke through the record of the fastest debugging of insulator glass electric melting discharge.

The insulator glass electric melting furnace was built by Chengde Huafu Glass Technology Engineering Co., Ltd.

——— On December 31, 23, the two parties signed a contract in Chengde, and the project was launched. The project includes electric furnace and batching system.

——— entered the site on March 25, 24, and the ignition conditions were met on April 20, and the construction time lasted 26 days.

——— ignited on time at 10:18 on April 20, 24, and was originally scheduled to be discharged on May 4, but later delayed to May 16 due to molding equipment.

——— the 3rd day of discharging starts to debug and form, the pass rate of the tempering machine under the product starts on the 5th day, and the pass rate of the tempering machine reaches 90% on the 6th day.

Combined with market demand, Tailun Company actively responded to the call for the great development of national power, and signed a 39-ton all-electric glass furnace and batching system supporting equipment with Chengde Huafu Glass Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. on the last day of 2023.

The all-electric melting furnace is a new type of furnace with electric energy as the energy source, and there is no exhaust gas generated during the melting process, which is truly green, environmentally friendly and zero emission. The glass furnace not only saves investment and operating costs, but also improves product quality to a great extent.

 In this project, according to the requirements of Tailun Company and market development, Chengde Huafu implanted intelligent control, data management and remote control into the kiln control system from kiln design, intelligent control and daily management. Realize the all-round digital control of the kiln, and improve the intelligent control of the electric furnace to a new platform.
