Bangladesh 45 tons opal glass electric furnace successfully ignited

The successful ignition of the 45-ton opal glass electric furnace in Bangladesh is an important milestone for Huafu. However, we faced many challenges in this project, the most important of which was the language barrier. For this project in Bangladesh, we worked with local engineers and technicians. However, because our team did not know Bengali and the local people were not familiar with English, communication was difficult. At first, we tried to use translation software to solve this problem, but soon found that this was not a viable solution.

The successful completion of this project is not only a technical victory, but also a strengthening of Huafu's influence in Bangladesh. In the process, we have gained recognition and respect from the local people. We have demonstrated our expertise and technical capabilities, earning the trust of our customers and partners. This is important for the future development of our business in Bangladesh and other countries.

In addition to enhancing Huafu's influence, the success of this project has also boosted our corporate confidence. We faced language barriers, cultural differences and technical challenges, but we overcame them and successfully completed the project. This experience gives us more courage and confidence to meet the challenges in the future. We believe that as long as we stay professional and work together, we can overcome any difficulties and make greater achievements.

The successful ignition of Bangladesh's 45 tons opal glass electric furnace is not only a technical achievement, but also a boost to Huafu's influence and confidence. We have won the trust of our customers and partners by overcoming language barriers and demonstrating our expertise and technical capabilities. This successful experience will motivate us to continue our efforts to meet the challenges of the future and achieve even greater achievements.

Chengde Huafu Technology Development Co., Ltd. Spring Campus Recruitment

In the spring of 2026, Chengde Huafu Technology Development Co., Ltd. conducted on-campus recruitment at Tangshan University, Hebei Institute of Water Resources and Electric Power, Hebei University of Technology, and Hebei Institute of Architectural Engineering to attract outstanding recent graduates, strengthen its talent pool, and deepen collaboration between the company and these institutions. Drawing on the company’s business needs and specific job requirements, the recruitment team precisely matched candidates with the strengths of each institution’s key programs. At the events, they provided detailed presentations on the company’s profile, job openings, compensation and benefits, and career development prospects, while simultaneously collecting resumes and conducting initial on-site interviews to efficiently screen potential hires. Over the course of this series of campus recruitment activities, the company received more than 210 valid resumes and reached preliminary agreements with nearly 20 outstanding recent graduates, including 14 from Chengde. The recruited talent spans multiple disciplines, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, and marketing. The company has assigned dedicated personnel to follow up on subsequent steps, including offer negotiations, internship arrangements, and onboarding training. It also plans to organize a visit to the company headquarters in May for the selected candidates, where they will participate in in-person final interviews and engage in mutual selection for positions. This campus recruitment initiative has effectively broadened the company’s talent acquisition channels, secured high-quality young professionals for its core roles, and further strengthened its collaborative relationships with the four universities, thereby laying a solid talent foundation for the company’s long-term development.

Facing challenges head-on, securing victory in the first battle

Huafu Technology’s Egypt project successfully produces its first batch of glass, marking a strong start to the company’s overseas projects in the new year. In March 2026, Huafu Technology’s first full-turnkey overseas project this year—the Borex glass electric melting furnace project in Egypt—achieved successful glass output. Construction on the furnace commenced last year and, after more than six months of work, the first glass output was realized at the beginning of this year. Although the achievement was not immediate, continuous commissioning has resulted in glass melt quality and equipment performance metrics that both exceed expectations, with the overall system operating in excellent condition.
