In the fiercely competitive market, every major project breakthrough is like lighting up a star, illuminating the path forward for the enterprise. Recently, our company reached an exciting milestone when we successfully signed a contract with a leading enterprise in Cangzhou for a glass wool electric fusion furnace project with a daily output of 140 tons after more than a year of in-depth technical exchanges and solution optimisations. The contract has now come fully into effect.

Upon reviewing the cooperation process, the successful commissioning of the first 95-tonne glass wool electric furnace established a foundation of confidence with the customer. The energy consumption of the equipment during operation remained stable at 0.8–0.9 kWh per kilogram of glass melt, which was highly praised by the customer. However, our team of engineers did not stop there, continuing to focus on iterating and optimising energy-saving technologies for electric furnaces to achieve new breakthroughs in energy efficiency and performance.
As a highly influential client in the industry, they have set very high standards for equipment performance, results and operational stability. Since the project launch, the client's technical team has held multiple in-depth face-to-face discussions with our experts, focusing on key issues in the glass wool production process. These include 'how to increase output while ensuring the melting area rate' and 'how to reduce energy consumption further while ensuring the furnace lifespan'. Leveraging solid professional expertise and rich hands-on experience, our team has addressed each of the client's concerns and provided customised solutions.
To further reduce specific energy consumption, our company has implemented the following key technological optimisations in this project:
1. The water jacket and transmission lines use low-resistance materials and an optimised structural design to reduce energy loss during power transmission.
2. Transformer tap positions are configured to keep reactive power loss within 3%.
3. New, high-efficiency insulating and refractory materials have been applied to enhance thermal efficiency and furnace insulation performance comprehensively.
The signing of the 140-tonne glass wool electric melting furnace project marks a critical breakthrough in furnace large-scale production and high efficiency technology, and is of milestone significance for our company's first large-output product in this field. This project has enabled our company to develop a series of core technologies with independent intellectual property rights, covering key areas such as high-output furnace structure and energy efficiency optimisation. These achievements will be systematically applied to the research, development and manufacturing of subsequent products, and will also drive technological advancement and green transformation across the industry.
Looking ahead, the successful implementation of this project will open up new business growth opportunities for our company, further enhancing the overall competitiveness of our products and helping to shape our brand image as "technologically advanced, trustworthy and professionally reliable". We will continue to uphold our development philosophy of 'innovation, collaboration and win-win', strengthening our technological capabilities and service capacity continuously. We look forward to working with more clients to promote high-quality industry development and embrace an even broader future together.
