As autumn set in, talent gathered in Taiyuan. On September 27–28, invited by the Chengde Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, our company took part for the first time in the “Jicai Campus Tour” recruitment fair for specialized, sophisticated enterprises that produce unique and novel products. The event was held at a top national university recognized as a “211 Project” and “Double First-Class” institution, marking a new chapter in our efforts to recruit talent from leading universities.
The autumn recruitment fair was large in scale, bringing together 778 high-quality employers, including public institutions, listed companies, and industry leaders from multiple provinces and cities. As one of the specialized, sophisticated enterprises selected to represent Chengde’s industrial characteristics and innovative vitality, our participation not only reflected the government’s recognition of our development potential and talent philosophy but also represented a key step in broadening our channels for attracting high-caliber professionals, optimizing our talent structure, and enhancing our core competitiveness.
The venue was bustling with activity. We were impressed by the students’ solid academic foundation, proactive approach to job seeking, and clear career planning. Through well-prepared face-to-face conversations and detailed presentations on the company’s development history, business layout, corporate culture, and competitive compensation and career development pathways, we fully conveyed our strong desire for and commitment to talent. Many students showed keen interest in our company, submitted their resumes, and engaged in in-depth discussions about position details, technical directions, and future prospects. After nearly four hours of active interaction, we received dozens of resumes from students majoring in inorganic non-metallic materials, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, finance, English, and other fields.
Our visit to Taiyuan University of Technology stands as an important milestone in the upgrading of our talent strategy. Through direct conversations with numerous outstanding students, we gained a strong sense of the innovative energy and youthful dynamism nurtured within top universities. This was not merely a recruitment activity but also a focused display of our brand image and an active exploration of opportunities for university-enterprise cooperation.
