The Engineering Department is currently experiencing an unprecedentedly busy period. Domestic project orders are plentiful, and construction tasks are being carried out efficiently and effectively. Meanwhile, international business is also flourishing in multiple areas: the commissioning work on the HS milky white furnace production line in Bangladesh has entered a critical final stage; the brand-new installation project in Egypt is in full swing; and the major overhaul project in Turkey is also being carried out intensively.
The simultaneous advancement of three major overseas projects is the ultimate test of the engineering department's human resource allocation and project management capabilities. Our team of engineers has been fully mobilised, with many colleagues setting off immediately for construction sites in Egypt or Turkey after completing domestic projects.
What is particularly commendable is that our engineers on the front lines overseas have faced the severe challenge of language barriers. Without the support of dedicated translators, they have relied on their solid technical skills, extensive on-site experience and exceptional expertise. They have conducted efficient and precise communication with local teams and clients using drawings, demonstrations and digital tools, ensuring the accurate implementation of all technical details and the smooth progress of project milestones.
Despite the tight staffing, arduous tasks and numerous challenges, all of our colleagues in the Engineering Department are united in their belief. We will carry forward the indomitable spirit of the Huafu engineering workers, fulfil every promise to our clients through professionalism and hard work, and spare no effort to ensure the efficient and high-quality success of all global projects!
