In 2024 , a 60-ton medium boron glass electric melting furnace ordered by a customer from Shandong has started construction. The furnace constructed on-site has a large tonnage and long construction period, as well as the tight ignition time required by the customer.There are unfavorable factors such as dismantling of the old furnace and construction of the new electric furnace at the same time, and centralized cross-construction of multiple units. Under the care and reasonable scheduling of the company's leadership, through the careful organization of the on-site responsible personnel for the construction, and with the assistance of the Department of Safety and Production, we constantly improve the safety management, do a good job of investigating and managing hidden dangers on the construction site, and organizing and reorganizing the on-site environment, without affecting the construction progress. We keep ongoing and continuous improvement of existing problems.We boost construction progress, construction quality,construction safety and on-site rectification at the same time to promote the construction progress with safety.
