The inaugural “Law of Attraction (Secret Cup)” new‑employee event hosted by Chengde Huafu was successfully held at the Chengde Mulan Valley base, with all 12 new hires in attendance. The company has consistently placed a high priority on talent development and team building. This initiative was personally proposed and launched by Chairman Qin, with the aim of unlocking the potential of newcomers and supporting their professional growth. This was swiftly followed by a thrilling debate, in which participants spoke eloquently and engaged in spirited intellectual exchanges, showcasing the talent and poise of the newcomers. One team award and two individual awards were presented, recognizing the hard work and outstanding contributions of both the winning team and the deserving individuals.
The two-day event struck a perfect balance: days were devoted to focused learning and spirited competition, while evenings brought everyone together for lively conversations. A communal feast of whole roasted lamb further bridged gaps, fostering a sense of warmth and belonging through shared food and laughter.
