The Employees’ Congress of Chengde Huafu Technology Development Co., Ltd. was held successfully.


The Third Session of the First Congress of Employee Representatives of Chengde Huafu Technology Development Co., Ltd. was held in the fifth-floor conference room. Grounded in the company’s three-year development plan and anchored to its annual objectives, the meeting was spearheaded by the trade union and jointly organized with the support of the Youth Commando Team and the Management Department. All 40 eligible employee representatives were present; 32 attended, meeting the quorum requirement for convening the congress. The agenda was streamlined and pragmatic, and all items were successfully concluded.

The meeting commenced officially. To begin, the union chair delivered a special report on the implementation of the recommendations submitted by employees at the 2025 Employees’ Congress, systematically outlining the corrective measures, procedural progress, and final outcomes for each proposal. This approach effectively addressed employee concerns, ensuring that every issue received a response and every matter was duly resolved.

Following this, the conference moved into breakout sessions for exchange. Representatives from the four specialized working groups, drawing on their daily work and personal experiences, put forward numerous practical ideas and recommendations on issues such as infrastructure upgrades, technological innovation, employee benefits, and living conditions. Staff members meticulously recorded and systematically organized these contributions on the spot. In total, the meeting gathered 85 suggestions, of which 70 were consolidated into actionable proposals, covering a wide range of aspects related to employees’ work and daily life.

 

 

This session of the Employees’ Congress not only clarified the company’s future development plan and further refined its institutional framework, but also gathered valuable feedback from the grassroots level. Although the agenda has concluded, the rationalization proposals put forward by each working group will be spearheaded by the respective responsible persons for implementation and follow-up; it is anticipated that… 6 The implementation of the month’s recommendations is being carried out, with regular follow-up and progress reporting to ensure that each constructive suggestion is translated into concrete actions that drive the company’s development.
