Our company has built a 15-ton high borosilicate glass electric melting furnace with a daily output for a factory in Foshan, Guangdong. The melting department adopts plate electrode heating. This design scheme is specially tailored for the production of lamps and large cylinders of light wave furnaces. The commissioning of the furnace indicates that our company has solved the problem of electric melting with expansion coefficient of 38-47 materials. This furnace was put into production on the normal day of October 21, 2012, which was well received by customers.
